Oyster mushroom soup with noodles


oyster mushrooms - 200 g;

onion -1 pc .;

parsley root - 1 pc .;

carrots - 1 pc.;

water or chicken broth - 4 cups;

butter 1 tbsp. l .;

noodles - 60-80 g;

parsley to taste;



Boil chopped onion, parsley root and carrots in water or broth. When the vegetables are almost ready, put the mushrooms cut into small pieces and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Then add separately cooked noodles, salt, and before serving, season with parsley.
