Mushroom caviar from salted mushrooms


For 250 grams of salted mushrooms (or 50 grams of dry): 1 onion,

1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

ground pepper.


Rinse the salted mushrooms, drain the water, chop finely. Chop the onion

lightly fry in vegetable oil, cool and mix with mushrooms,

add a little pepper.

(Caviar is prepared from boiled dry mushrooms in exactly the same way.)

for a more pungent taste, you can add lemon juice or vinegar.
