For cooking you need:

- crimps (fresh) - 500 g

- sour cream - 1 glass

- cheese - 25 g

- flour - 1 tsp.

- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

- salt - to taste

- parsley to taste


Peel morels (or morel caps), rinse and put in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the mushrooms in cold water, cut into slices, salt and fry in hot oil. At the end of frying, sprinkle the mushrooms with flour, fry again, add sour cream and boil. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, drizzle with butter, bake in the oven until golden brown.

Dish decoration:

Garnish the mushrooms with finely chopped parsley before serving.
