Mushroom goulash


750 gr of mushrooms, 50 gr of bacon,

1 small onion

1 tablespoon flour

250 grams of water, salt, ground pepper.


Prepared mushrooms (preferably different) cut into 1/2 cm pieces


Fry bacon and onion cubes, season with mushrooms, salt, sprinkle

flour, red pepper and bring to readiness over a fire. Dish

acquires a spicy taste if supplemented with tomatoes.
