Eggs stuffed with pickled mushrooms
This is a quick recipe, from the category of "instant", in case guests unexpectedly come, and they are already tired of eating just mushrooms.
So the longest thing is to boil the eggs. Boil for 10 minutes to cook hard. The rest is done quickly, with preparatory cutting done while the eggs are boiling. Do not forget that it is better to entrust a man with such a responsible occupation as cutting onions.
Are the eggs ready? Perfectly! They cooled, peeled, cut into halves, threw the yolks into any container where it would be convenient to grind and mix them.
In the meantime, we have already cut one onion - cut smaller, smaller! And the pickled mushrooms are also finely chopped.
Add chopped onions, mushrooms, a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise to the yolks and mix everything thoroughly. Gently spread the filling over the egg halves. There are more fillings than there were yolks, so we apply generously!
