Mushroom caviar
Ingredients:
75 g dried mushrooms
1 onion, 60 g butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 lemon
Preparation:
Boil the mushrooms, drain and mince. Onion finely
chop, fry in vegetable oil, cool, mix with
mushrooms, salt, add vinegar and black pepper. Put caviar on
plate and garnish with herbs and lemon slices.
