Mushrooms in mayonnaise-garlic-sour cream sauce

For the recipe you need:

- oyster mushrooms - 500g

- onions - 3 pcs.

- carrots - 3 pcs.

- sunflower oil

- garlic - 3 cloves

- mayonnaise - to taste

- sour cream - to taste.

Cooking:

Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into cubes. Pour the mushrooms into a well-heated frying pan with oil and fry until all the water has evaporated and the mushrooms are covered with a crust. Add carrots and onions there. Mix 5 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise with garlic, dilute with warm boiled water, but the mass should not be thick and not liquid. Salt and pepper the mushrooms to taste. Pour the prepared sauce over the mushrooms. Mix well, let the mixture boil, reduce the heat and boil for another 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it brew for 5 minutes.

The finished dish can be served with or without a side dish, hot or cold.
