Stuffed mushrooms


225 g large mushrooms,

75 g butter

1 finely chopped

small onion,

1 garlic clove, crushed

50 g fresh coarse bread crumbs,


To use as a light snack, sprinkle with grated cheese before

step 4.

1. Cut off the legs of the mushrooms and finely chop half of the legs

2. Melt 50 g of butter drain in a medium saucepan - 40-50 sec (1 min), add

onion, garlic and chopped legs and cook for 2-3 (3.5) minutes. Mix with

bread crumbs.

3. Transfer the resulting mixture to the mushroom caps.

4. Melt the remaining butter in a shallow dish-30 sec. Place the mushrooms in

dish and cook 2-3 (3.5) minutes.
