Mushroom cream soup for multicooker
- Champignons - 600 grams;
- Onions - 2 medium heads;
- Potatoes - 600 grams;
- Cream with a fat content of 10% - 0.2 liters;
- Water - liter;
- Salt
The mushrooms are cut into four pieces and the vegetables are cut into medium-sized cubes.
All ingredients, in addition to salt and cream, are placed on the multicooker bowl, filled with water and mixed thoroughly.
The lid of the multicooker is closed, the cooking time is an hour.
After readiness, the soup is poured into another container, cream and salt are added to it, the whole mixture is whipped with a blender until smooth.
You can serve croutons or croutons with the soup.
