Fresh honey mushroom soup

Ingredients:

To prepare a dish you will need:

mushrooms (summer, autumn, winter) - ЗООг;

buckwheat - 2-3 tablespoons;

onions - 1 onion;

milk - 1/2 cup or 2 tablespoons sour cream;

greens, salt - to taste

Preparation:

Sort the mushrooms, cut off the legs, wash, chop finely, put in a saucepan and cook for 30-40 minutes. Then add buckwheat, add onions cut into rings, salt and cook until the cereals are ready. Season the soup with sour cream or milk. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
