Mushroom salad with rice
Ingredients:
pickled mushrooms - 200 g;
boiled crumbly rice - 150 g;
eggs - 2 pcs.;
sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
leeks - 5-10 g;
parsley.
Preparation:
Mushrooms and eggs are cut into slices, leeks - into thin slices. All
products are mixed, poured with sour cream with mayonnaise, decorate on top
chopped parsley.
