Oyster mushroom, chicken, eggs and cucumber salad

Ingredients:

oyster mushrooms - 400 g;

chicken (boiled meat) - 200 g;

egg - 4 pcs.;

onions - 50 g;

cucumbers - 50 g;

mayonnaise - 100-150 g.

Preparation:

Rinse the oyster mushrooms, cut into strips, boil in salted water. Eggs

hard-boiled, peeled, chopped into small cubes. Peel the onion and

chop. Wash cucumbers and cut into strips. Boiled chicken meat

grind. Stir all prepared foods, season with mayonnaise.
