Mushroom salad with crab sticks


Serves 7:

150 gr fresh mushrooms

300 gr crab sticks

300 gr potatoes

200 gr sweet pepper

100 gr ham

3/5 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 tablespoons lemon juice

salt, olives, pepper, herbs


Rinse the mushrooms, peel and boil in salted water with spices,

cut into small cubes.

Boil the potatoes, peel and also cut into cubes. Bell pepper

cut into strips, dice the ham, chop the crab

sticks. Mix everything, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, season

vegetable oil. Decorate the prepared salad with herbs and olives.
