Bean soup with mushrooms
mashed beans - 1.5 kg;
cream - half a glass;
egg - 2 pcs.;
butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
peas - 100 g;
fresh mushrooms - 100 g.
Beans, sorted and washed, add water, salt and cook until
readiness, and then rub through a sieve along with the broth. Fill up
butter and cream, put fresh green peas, separately
boiled in water, and fresh mushrooms, boiled and diced.
Add the garnish to the soup when serving.
