Mushrooms in sour cream


500 gr of fresh mushrooms,

1 teaspoon flour

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 cup sour cream

25 gr cheese, parsley or dill


Peel the mushrooms, rinse, scald with hot water, put in a colander and

let the water drain.

Cut into slices, salt and fry in oil, add a teaspoon

flour and stir. Then put sour cream, boil, sprinkle with grated

cheese and bake. When serving, sprinkle with parsley or dill.

(You can bake in sour cream and canned mushrooms).
